His passion and creativity for fermenting has translated into sauces that not only taste unique but have an incredibly rich depth of flavour. These small batch sauces are more flavoursome than most of the supermarket varieties and the flavour profiles make them suitable for everyone, no matter their spice threshold.

I have accumulated a bit of a hot sauce collection at home and the Sabarac Fermented Watermelon Hot Sauce is my new fave!!!
At first, the heat is quite subtle with a little sweetness from the watermelon. Then a few moments later you get the full kick from the chili. It is not overpowering but just the right hit to get your taste buds tingling.
Cannot wait to get my hands on a few more Sabarac products and try more of the range.

The fermented watermelon hot sauce is one of the nicest hot sauces I’ve tried in my time. Perfect compliment to a burger or chicken or if you’re anything like me, perfect for all savoury dishes. Has a nice chilli kick but the sweetness of the watermelon mellows it out making it the perfect condiment.
